Our bodies are not just bodies; they are conduits of earth and cosmic energy. They are storehouses of our highest potential. And within our bodies lay dormant a primal energy said to be coiled at the base of the spine we refer to as "Kundalini." There are many ways that this energy can be "awakened" (some gentle and some chaotic) but the most important part of the process is the support and nurturing of the being going through it.
That is where I come in. I am here to prepare you for (and support) this awakening within.
Because of the work that I do, many ask me if I believe myself to be "enlightened." The short answer is - no (and I wouldn't think any enlightened beings walking this earth would feel it right to say so anyway). However, I will say with my own assurance that I have been going through the "process of awakening" since September of 2015. It began a few weeks after I was diagnosed with cancer and PTSD (read more here). Initially I felt extreme heat in my crown that was so frightening that it kept me awake at night. I then began to feel powerful waves of alive heat energy pulsating between my throat and heart chakra - and then days later - between my solar plexus and root chakras. At the time (as I was suffering from PTSD) I felt confused, terrified and out of control. Ideas that the "the cancer was spreading" impregnated my psyche and I began searching for answers far and wide for these bizarre symptoms.
Eventually, of course, I came to know of the Kundalini Awakening. Initially, it gave me solace as these first symptoms were defined and subsided. But, as I continued my primal journey through mental, physical, spiritual and emotional transformation - I lost sight of the process (most likely due to needing all of my attention focused on my sanity and my perceived mortality). Even when, 1.5 years later (once I cured myself of PTSD) and I embodied the ability to channel spirits (read more here) - I still hadn't delved further into researching the Kundalini Awakening process.
It wasn't until I felt divinely inspired to become a certified yoga instructor that Kundalini once again came to mind. My fellow yogis warned me that Kundalini yoga was an intense practice and encouraged me to instead study Vinyasa or something more palpable to the masses. But, my calling was strong and I traveled to Rishikesh India to study with three powerful yogis who's teachings and resources would shed a welcomed light on "what on earth had been happening" to me the prior years.
It was then that I could look back at my personal journey and identify which psychological shifts pertained to which stage in the process. I remember crying through these realizations as if feeling "validated" for the first time since the process began. You see, those outside of you will not immediately receive the importance of the chaos that you're living. They'll want to call it PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Psychosis or Schizophrenia.
Ultimately, no one can actually "confirm" that you're indeed awakening. But, perhaps most importantly - no can deny it either. That's kind of why I'm here, yeah?...so I can be the one to tell you that there's a chance you're not crazy...that there's hope still for you, your relationships and your eternal life. So, I can be the one to guide you to the part where it gets REALLY good where you get to look at everyone and everything around you and just see the brilliance of creation - the part where you get to know experientially that you. are. EVERYTHING. It's there; I PROMISE. And you don't have to go alone.
