I trained at the "birthplace of yoga," Rishikesh, India where I received my World Yoga Alliance 200 hr certification in 2018. My classes are based on Indian-style Kundalini Yoga involving Mantra (chanting), Pranayama (breath awareness), Asana (physical posture) and Psychic Meditation. I have added a "Kriya" practice, hyper-breath-aware blend of vinyasa asanas and a dance flow for creativity and expression.
My belief is that it's possible to "know who and what you really are" conceptually before you realize it experientially; This makes for smoother transitions within the awakening process. My intention, then, is that you leave my classes feeling "changed," aware of how powerful you are, feeling fully expressed, and also keen on what you mean to me.
